Structure & Features:

A Square-braided packing consisting of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene resin) fiber impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricant. t has good so solvent and chemical resistance.

Applications: Solvents, strong acid, strong alkali, pumps. valves, mixers.

Performance:

PH 0 to 14,

Temperature -100 to 260°C (Over80°C, external cooling required),

Pressure to 1.0 MPaG (10kgf/cm2)(in pumps), to 10.3 MPagG(106 kgf/cm2 ).(in valves)

Velocity to 10 m/s,
