This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by YH INDUSTRIES INC. which govern the way organizations collect, use, keep secure and disclose personal information. In its Privacy policy and terms of use, there is no mention of who the terms are applicable to, the legal entity that is governed by the terms and the applicable legislation. Below is a sample of what could be included in the merchant’s privacy policy and T&C.

This Service is based in The United State. We make no claims concerning whether the Content may be downloaded, viewed, or be appropriate for use outside of The United State. If you access the Service or the Content from outside The United State, you do so at your own risk.
